Patented forced-air design holds 33°F to 41°F (.5°C to 5°C) product temperature in food pans and cabinet interior.
Refrigeration System
True has taken a large step in reducing its carbon footprint With the use of a hydrocarbon refrigerant, R290. R290 is an environmentally friendly refrigerant With a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of 3, compared to refrigerants of the past R404a and R134a, whose GWP’s are 3922 and 1430 respectively.
