True is committed to producing high quality products that are manufactured in the USA. True manufactures each cabinet using an industry leading combination of high quality metals and components designed to optimize cabinet performance.
Details of Drawers Features
Each drawer accommodates two (2) full size 12″L x 20”W x 6″D (305 mm x 508 mm x 153 mm) food pan (sold separately). Drawer will support varying size pan configurations with available pan divider bars (drawer pans sold separately).
General Infornation
True’s salad/sandwich units are designed with enduring quality that protects your long term investment. Factory engineered, self-contained, capillary tube system using environmentally friendly R290 hydro carbon refrigerant that has zero (0) ozone depletion potential (ODP), & three (3) global warming potential (GWP). Patented forced-air design holds 33°F to 41°F (.5°C to 5°C) product temperature in food pans and cabinet interior.
Refrigeration System
True has taken a large step in reducing its carbon footprint With the use of a hydrocarbon refrigerant, R290. R290 is an environmentally friendly refrigerant With a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of 3, compared to refrigerants of the past R404a and R134a, whose GWP’s are 3922 and 1430 respectively.
Quality Components
True uses quality components to ensure a long life of refrigeration With minimal energy consumption. State of the art components such as energy efficient compressors and electrically commutated motors are used to exceed energy standards Without sacrificing the workload. LED lights have been introduced in True units to offer a brilliant display while saving energy and reducing heat Within.
High-Density Insulation
True continues its commitment to sustainability With the use of foamed in place, CFC free, polyurethane, high-density insulation that provides unparalleled strength, rigidity, and increase to an already industry-exceeding insulation factor, With zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP).
Outstanding After Sale Support
All True equipment is backed by an Industry Leading Warranty, 3 years parts and labor and 7 years on the compressor for all HC (R290) models. Go to manufacturer website to find a service company near you.
